Bad DMA patch for ICD harddisk driver

Cyrano Jones patched the well-established ICD harddisk driver regarding the STE DMA bug, similar to the previous attempts with HD Driver done by Nerve/Ephidrenaย reported here at Atariscne.org. The beta is available for download and testing.
