maxYMiser FM v1.67 released at Buxton Bytes

gwEm of the Pyscho Hacking Force released a new version of the maxYMiser FM chiptracker during the Buxton Bytes weekend.

The updates maxYMiser gets a few smaller new features as well as welcome bugfixes (thanks!).
